Not only is it the Yellow Pages, telephone directory and shop window all rolled into one, it's where most of your customers go when they are looking for you, deciding whether to buy your products or services and recommending you to their friends.
So when you decide you need a new website, it's a pretty big deal for you, and it is for me too. I want to have a long term, committed, hard working relationship with your business. I want to take the time to learn about what you do and to care about it as much as you do. Then I want to build you a website that's friendly and helpful on the surface, whilst being robust and well engineered underneath.
I want you to feel that you can ask me to do anything you can dream of, and that after the website is built you won't hesitate to talk to me if you have any problems.
